Charley Beattie has worked in global marketing roles in academic and educational publishing for over 10 years, with experience of working on a wide variety of products including school and university textbooks, monographs, trade and professional titles and reference products in print and online. Currently Head of International Marketing at Oxford University Press, she leads the team responsible for marketing OUP’s education products outside the UK. At Palgrave Macmillan she worked on the development and launch of Palgrave Connect, Palgrave’s award-winning ebook platform, and Palgrave Pivot, a new digital format for scholarly research. She is also a guest speaker on City University’s MA in Publishing Studies.
